I'm not gonna explain too much here since we already know for some of us Apex's performance is just getting worse & worse every season on some PCs regardless of the specs.
I recently played again after a break for a while and I noticed that after I launched the game my latency would spike from time to time to 70-80 and it just freezes for a second, and that happen for roughly 2-3 matches at the beginning.
