Everytime I try to start the game on ps5 I get the error : This account is not permitted to play online. I already checked my bann status, followed every guide to fix the issue, I could find. It still doesn't work. EA Help couldn't help me and told me to try it here.
@N1ckl0rd Do you use anything like a VPN? If you do, try turning it off.
You may also need to check your connection. I also would sometimes get this error too, although the last time I've gotten it was about 3 seasons ago, and for me, I just had to relaunch the game.
If its not your connection or a VPN, and relaunching the game isn't working for you, I would contact EA Support at help.ea
@Midnight9746 No VPN. Connection is fine, I already did multiple router resets.
Reloading the game sometimes works, but sitting there and reloading for an hour (literally) before it finally works is not really an option. EA support could not help me
@Midnight9746 they gave me a link to this community tab and told me to post it here and that they were working on the issue. I Honestly don't think that it'll be resolved
