Do you get "code:net" before you lag out and get "unable to connect; reservation timed out" like I do? And if so, then you might want to try switching servers (but that didn't work of me so best of luck). Does this happen consistently with all of your matches or only with certain game modes? For me, it happens about the first 3 games on a new map or when I first get on Apex. And has there ever been an exception where it (for some reason) DIDN'T kick you out of your match? For me it's after my first 3 games but then I get random 150 ping when I should be getting 48-64 ping. Don't hesitate to let me know what you have tried to fix this error with.
i have the same issues since mid season 9. cant play the game with my main account because of it. i had to create another account just to play the game.

it doesn’t matter what game every single game that I lag out In I don’t load back in. I’m on Xbox so it doesn’t only happen on pc!

BREAKING NEWS: I just tried turning V-Sync on to "Triple Buffered" and I was able to get into a game and play with NO ISSUES! And if it doesn't work for you then try turning V-Sync onto "Dynamic". PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF TURNING V-SYNC ON TO "TRIPLE BUFFERED" OR "DYNAMIC" HELPS WITH ANYONE! IT DID FOR ME!

Yeah, I tried using V-Sync a few days later and it didn't work. Must have been a fluke or something like that. Also, does anyone else live sort of far away from their nearest datacenter? That might be why we're having this issue. I live in Southern California and my closest datacenter is Oregon. And (just wondering) what launch settings do each of you use??? I'm interested since it could also be why we're having this issue. IDK I'M JUST SPITBALLING AT THIS POINT AT WHAT IS CAUSING THIS ISSUE.

If that's the case, can we all agree that this isn't an issue on our side and that this is an issue because of the EA servers, not us? Since I'm assuming that everyone here has done the "Troubling shooting guide" and the "Connectivity Guide" and has done a lot of research but nothing has helped. So I think we have 3 options.
1: We all create a new account and just play Apex (since someone said that it fixes the issue).
2: We raise awareness by contacting multiple devs about this issue and don't stop until they investigate this issue.
3: We just give up on Apex and play another game.
Personally I'm not certain which option to pick... let me know what you guys are gonna pick out of these 3 options that we have.

I tried the alt plus tabbing workaround but it didn’t help. But maybe I’m doing it wrong. Do I just spam alt plus tab or do I just do it once after readying up? And does anyone know any other workarounds that might temporarily fix this issue? Would love to hear them. Or… I guess read them lol

I tried switching data centers like 10 times before every game and I was able to play like 1 out of 3 games. For now I have been playing on my alt account and I have no comnectivity problems. I really dont understand why this problem is account specific, I doesn't make any sense.
I tried the vsync thing and it worked for a couple of games in a row but then it stopped working. I am just dissapointed that apex doesn't do anything to resolve this because I also bought the battlepass and now I cant advance it.
- 5 years ago@Village1234 Just gotta make the application minimized on your system. If that doesn't work, then that sucks. There's some other recent comments that said their alt accounts work fine, so I'm thinking these are some internal privacy permissions issue. Will it work if you modify some of your EA/respawn privacy settings? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I am facing the same problems, but have a higher than 50% chance to get an error....
this is really fustrating and might consider myself quitting APEX. I tried looking into my internet, I tried reinstalling, nothing iworking................... - 5 years ago
Making Apex Legends minimized did not change the effect of this issue.
