Apex Legends Unban Follow-up: Matchmaking Queue Bug ("1 player in queue")
My Apex Legends account on PlayStation 5 was recently unbanned, but I am facing a persistent matchmaking glitch. Whenever I queue for any game mode, the screen freezes showing "1 player in queue" indefinitely.
Testing on the same network with another account works instantly, and changing data centers does not resolve the issue. It appears my account is stuck in a hidden matchmaking restriction or soft-ban state following the unban.
Please refresh my account's matchmaking status on your backend.
