Apex Legends unbanned Response Time?

Hello Answers HQ,

Would anyone know approximately response time from submitting a ticket to getting your Apex Legends account unbanned ATM? Also is there another way to directly contact someone to dispute my case and get my account unbanned?

My case:

I have had my account hacked and banned, almost 3 weeks ago. When I found out I had been hacked, I talked to EA customer support, who verified I was the account owner and the Customer Service agent secured my account. When noticing my ban, the agent escalated the ticket but I haven't got a response since.
I know recently the response time has taken longer than usual, as there are some people who have waited longer. However I feel my case might have gotten lost when transitioning from customer support to EA's TOS. The last update I see on the case is February 3, almost a week ago now.

Other Info for Moderators

I have already opened a second case through sending a direct message saying that I had my account unrightfully banned. I submitted it with all the necessary info and a link to the current open case. A day after the new case was submitted, the new case was closed due to being a duplicate case.
I'll provide a case number through a DM on request

Would like to get my account unbanned in time to play the Apex anniversary event, and play it with my friends hopefully 🙂

Thanks,

Phil

    Hi there, @pewpewphil.

    This isn't something we can help with through Answers HQ. Please try contacting @EAHelp through Twitter or open a case with a live support advisor here: https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/new/. You can also go to facebook.com/eahelphub to get in touch with support. They'll look into this for you. Thanks!

  • @pewpewphil I was hacked and banned 3 weeks ago aswell, and my case hasn't been updated since February 3. I contacted EA today via live chat, and I asked him if he could give me an update on my case. He told me that my case was in the "final tier of investigation" and that I should get a response in the next few days. So maybe ask live chat if they have an update on your case.

    @EA_Aljo

    Thanks for the links I'll try to open a live chat with someone and try the other links you've provided.

    @YaBoyMirage

    Good to hear that they are close to finishing up your case, hopefully it'll be the same with with my case when I contact them later.

    Thanks for the responses guys!

    UPDATE

    Contacted a rep through live chat and he looked into why my case wasn't being updated.

    The case wasn't being updated since the TOS team is investigating it right now. Makes sense since someone else is having a similar issue here

    https://answers.ea.com/t5/General-Feedback/Support-not-responding/m-p/10040372#M72102

    Unfortunately the TOS team doesn't have a set amount time for its investigating so I don't know when they will get back to me. If anything else happens with this case I will post an update

  • @pewpewphilI was hacked and banned 5 weeks ago. Mine also has not been updated since Feb 3rd. I spoke with two EA Advisers; the frst one said my case was near completion and that I would recieve an email within a few hours. He lied.
    The second one said there is no time frame but that he would escalate my case and add a "priority note" to it but no one will tell me what that means. So, I'm just gunna assume it doesnt mean anything yet lol

  • Update,  I've managed to get account back as last monday!  EA just emailed me and said my account had been unbanned. Played a few games immediately to make sure I can play without that instantly being banned message and it works out! Glad I could catch the tail end of the Chaos theory event.

    So to answer my original question is about 6-7 weeks from when you send your support ticket to them. Hope no one has to wait any longer.
