@pewpewphil I was hacked and banned 3 weeks ago aswell, and my case hasn't been updated since February 3. I contacted EA today via live chat, and I asked him if he could give me an update on my case. He told me that my case was in the "final tier of investigation" and that I should get a response in the next few days. So maybe ask live chat if they have an update on your case.

Thanks for the links I'll try to open a live chat with someone and try the other links you've provided.
Good to hear that they are close to finishing up your case, hopefully it'll be the same with with my case when I contact them later.

UPDATE
Contacted a rep through live chat and he looked into why my case wasn't being updated.
The case wasn't being updated since the TOS team is investigating it right now. Makes sense since someone else is having a similar issue here

Unfortunately the TOS team doesn't have a set amount time for its investigating so I don't know when they will get back to me. If anything else happens with this case I will post an update
