First of all for the love of god please separate the Technical Issues section into system categories like PS4, Xbox, PC. It is a big pain to read through all the titles even if they aren't for your system. Just chaos.
I also can't launch the game. At first it didn't let me log in via Origin at all. So I accessed the game download via the EA website.
The download was showing in my Origin client and once it was done I hit the Play button. A small window pops up and a bar is loading. Once that bar hits 100% I get the Can't launch error and that's it. No error code, no further info.
I wonder why it is so difficult these days to put out a game that you install and just hit play without having to troubleshoot a whole day to get to nowhere.
I had same issues with Wolfenstein 2 and just gave up on it. And don't give me that there are too many variables on PC crap answer. Those companies have tons of resources just buy a bunch of PCs with different setups and test the * out of it before you release it into the wild. Or release a Alpha, Beta prior to release.
I have all the latest drivers installed for every hardware in my PC and still no luck.
My specs are:
Ryzen 5 2600 @4Ghz
Asus Strix GTX1080 Ti OC
16GB RAM @3000Mhz
Windows 10 Home 64-bit

Thanks.
I have tried the language change suggestion already, still same.
I also reinstalled Origin, nothing changed.
Tried to repair the file set, still doesn't work.
Still not able to launch game at this point.

I've had the same problem, tried every single solution, nothing worked.
I thought to myself, what COULD be the problem? And i, personally, found a solution. Im sorry if this dosen't work for you.
If you have installed Apex Legends (dosen't matter with origin client) on your HDD, try moving it to your SSD, which will make your game launcher more compatible with your drive.
If you started off putting it on your SSD in the first place, try moving it to another drive and moving it back again. If that didn't work, or you just dont have another drive. Reinstall the game and locate it at your SSD in your OWN made file. Not ''Origin Library'' or whatever file they automatically put on your pc for your games. You do this in your install log.
If none of this works, i would contact their support if you haven't already. Im sure they get thousands of requests like this a day.
btw, this worked for me and all my friends that had the problem.
I hope the best for you, bud.

I have also tried the language change, reinstalling both Origin and Apex as well as repairing. The game will not launch for me - loading stops after the anti-cheat screen cycles. I have checked my firewall, and there is no conflict.
Specs:
Windows 10 Professional
Intel Core i5 8600K
Nvidia GTX 1070
16 GB RAM
Multiple SSDs/one HDD
I really love it how the very first time I install and use Origin, the game I want to play on it won't even run.
It's 2019, come on EA!
