I have two problems. The first is that sometimes (can't explain why) Apex loads in a window. When it does load in a window, my game crashes due to a texture error... I can't figure out how to stop it from loading in a window and even if I set the settings back to fullscreen, it will crash.
If the game launches in fullscreen, i'm fine and I don't crash and I get to enjoy the incredible game you have developed. Please help!

As for forcing the game back to fullscreen, that should be easy enough.
If you go to C:\Users\(your username)\Saved Games\Respawn\Apex\local, you can open the videoconfig file with notepad.
In there about 2/3rds of the way down you'll see "setting.fullscreen" "0". If you change this 0 to a 1 then save the file that should tell the game to start in fullscreen.
You may also want to check that your "setting.defaultres" and "setting.defaultresheight" match values match your monitor's resolution width and height too.

Thanks for quick replies, I've tried both of these suggestions and it still launches in windowed mode when i launch from origin. If I launch from Geforce experience, it will SOMETIMES* load fullscreen. I have set the launch options in origin to be -fullscreen but it doesnt work.
