Apex misjudgment
I noticed the accusation of aim assist usage shown in my game logs. I am a keyboard and mouse player. In early May, I only practiced aiming in the firing range with a controller. The official built-in aim assist value for controllers is 0.3 by default. I only used the controller in the practice area and against AI bots. All my ranked matches were played solely with keyboard and mouse afterwards.
Furthermore, there is a six-hour time gap between my last recorded game session and the account ban time. My account remained inactive with no operations during this period. I am confused about why my account was suspended without any valid reasons.
I sincerely request the TOS team to provide an official and reasonable explanation regarding this ban.
