Apex opening up the language bar in Windows 10 every time it is launched

Anyone else getting this? https://gfycat.com/DentalThisCony Every time I launch Apex for the first time it opens up the Language Bar and changes my keyboard layout. I've never experienced such thin...

I havent experienced this error so i cannot really help but alteast your visual c++ libraries are ok.. I hope u find a solution soon

Is there no solution yet to the problem? It is definitely linked to Apex legends and can only be fixed with a restart. 

The US keyboard isnt even listed anywhere in the system
