Apex Pack - Reword opening bug during loading
Hello, I had a long break from Apex Legends, but I returned to the game last week. During once of the game evenings I was in a matchmaking lobby, I opened my 40 Apex Packs. Unfortunately, the match started during the very first stage of the opening animation.
After the match, to my surprise, I did not receive any notification about new items, even though this is what should normally happen(found information on the forum). I checked all weapon and legend skins, and it seems I did not receive any rewards from those 40 packs.
Later, I received one Apex Pack as a reward from another match, and that one opened normally. After the full animation, I received the notification dots and the expected items, so the issue seems to affect only the 40 packs opened during the lobby previously.
Could you please check this for me?
