Apex pack scam!

I visited the Apex Legends Apex Pack shop and clearly saw an offer advertising “15 packs for 100 credits,” so I purchased twenty dollars’ worth of credits with the full expectation that I would receive those packs. However, despite completing the purchase, I never received any of the items I paid for. This is misleading and unacceptable, as the offer was presented as available and purchasable. I should not be charged for something I was never given, and I am requesting a refund—either back to my card or in in-game currency. If the offer was not actually available, it should not have been displayed in the store, and players should not be misled into spending money on content they cannot receive. I am now down 20 dollars and nothing to show for it!
