Since i opened my last heirloom on my main account. ( Not this account i'm writing this on. ) I have opened 400+ apex packs at minimum 450. Don't they have a guaranteed heirloom every 500 packs you o...

Hello @Verziaa,

you're guaranteed heirloom shards every 500th pack. So if you haven't gotten them yet, that means that you're still below the 500th pack. Of course, there is a chance of getting heirloom shards beforehand as well, in which case the counter would reset.

@EA_Pythia Last heirloom i got was in December been opening frequently since. Spending about €400 at minimum. And that's not counting any of the free packs from different events/gifts and stuff. I've been opening since the 27th of December frequently. Telling ya something is fishy here xD
