Community ManagerAs in, unlink a platform account to link it to another EA account? If you want to do that, you can try contacting Support and explaining your situation there - they might be able to manually unlink the account and link it to the correct one.
Yes exactly unlinking my psn account from the current level 1 account which is obviously not the one i used to play with, and try to connect to my other ea account.
i tried contacting support as i showed in the screenshot but to no avail.

Waiting times are currently quite long as there's two betas for EA games happening at the moment. You can either continue trying to stay in the queue, send an e-mail (which will also take a few days) or wait a few days to try contacting support through live chat again.
