It sounds like you may be having issues with your connection @corgjones. I would suggest taking a look at our Connection troubleshooting steps which you can find here: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/connection-troubleshooting-basic/
It'll take you a couple of minutes to do them all but please do take the time and do them all.

Yeah me too I was trying to play apex ranked this morning and it got extremely laggy so I restarted my playstion. When I clicked on apex it didn’t let me go in saying your licenses are being verified or something and then it did let me in. Then when I tried to load it brought me to this page

Has anyone figured this out? I tried resetting my password now EA says I have 2 accounts linked and screwing this up. Im so pissed
