Apex says I am banned, but my EA account does not show any bans

Hi @Sento8851,

We don't have the ability to help with this from the forums. It might be best to get in touch with our support team to double-check if there's a ban on the account and help rule that out. What you'd do from there depends on if there is or isn't a ban.

@EA_Lanna Why I am banned when I never used any cheat
and banned me on my 2 accounts back to back are you guys nuts working at EA? give me the reason why just why? yesterday I was in-game and it said code snake unable to connect and got back to the menu and says client account has been banned wtf? is this? at first I thought it's your servers mistake cause there is NO BAN SHOWING in Ban history but then I got mail today that I was cheating wtf is this I even played after a weeks for this rampart update and now my 2 accounts are just gone? I m definitely gonna SUE you guys HOW DARE YOU CALL ME A CHEATER?
