apex using all my internet

so before i open apex my internet speeds are 450 Mbps dowload and 600 Mbps upload
after opening apex my speeds drop to 9 Mbps dowload and 0.20 Mbps upload

i found the fix disable lenovo vantages internet booster it breaks apex
