Apex won’t connect
every time i try to load in on my main WiFi it doesn’t connect to the servers but the moment i load in with my slower one it does, ea support isn’t being much help either any ideas on how to fix it

Hi there. Thanks for reaching out. I know connection issues are really frustrating. Is it possible to switch to a wired connection? That is always going to be preferred for competitive gaming. As far as using your existing wireless connection, are you saying it works on 2.4G, but not 5G? Also, which platform are you playing on?
