[April 2nd] Lost account progress

I Lost my account progress since i verify files integrity in steam. One Ea Mod need to contact with me asap. [CM - Edited title for clarity]

Hey folks,

At this point we're no longer seeing valid new reports as this issue is over a couple months old and has otherwise been resolved. The recent reports have been unrelated to this particular issue so we'll be locking the thread here to avoid any further confusion.

If you find yourself missing progress on your Apex account, please check to see whether you've unlinked any platforms in the past as this will cause a loss of progress. You cannot link a platform to a different EA account to transfer progress.

Please see this article for more information on the effects of unlinking and how to resolve that, or contact support directly if you're having any trouble relinking an account. Thanks!

I'm also dealing with this. Opened up the game after the update at 10am PT, to receive a message about cross progression being ready, even though that was already implemented. Once I went to the lobby, I see at least 5 issues:

1) My battlepass was showing as if I had never purchased it and it was back level 1. (I had purchased it and I was around level 85)

2) My weekly challenges have been completely wiped, as if I hadn't completed any.

3) My skins that I had received this season appear to be missing.

4) My progress for the Breakout Challenges has been completely erased, even though I had completed everything up to this point (I completed the gifting challenge, level 60 battlepass, and the legend challenges for Seer, Fuse, Rampart, and Maggie)

5) My buster blade and death box from the FF7 event are missing.

There might be more missing, but above is what I've noticed so far.

I too am missing:

I lost over 300 levels my rank all my previous battle pass progression and cosmetics all my payed for cosmetics and my hair loom all my earned character unlocks and character stats reset (I lost everything not just this or that over £2000 worth of skins and items)
