Axle Thematic pack not received after completing the Challenges

Hello, so it's not a big of a problem, but I just finished all tasks for axle challanges and didn't get a thematic axle pack. Just wanted to know if there's a bug on this and hapened to anyone else and if there's some way to get that.

Hey digital_crusader and x3wee,

Please try selecting the Axle Challenges tab. You might need to click there to claim the Thematic pack before it becomes available to open.

If that doesn't work, you'll need to get in touch with the Customer Support team following this guide to have a closer look at the account and report the missing content.

I completed all Axle Challenges before the expiry but I did not receive the Thematic Pack. I took screenshots at the time but it's been a few days now and nothing is showing up.

I would point out I did prior to this unlock her as a character (this is not the same issue that other post was about) but I'm certain I did not open any thematic packs as nothing is showing as new in the legend locker.
