Game launch crash

I'm having issues launching Apex Legends i keep getting error code CE-34878-0. I have restarted my ps4 multiple times, Uninstalled the game, checked updates for the game and my console and none are avaliable. I have no idea what is going on and have tried all these multiple times and I still cant launch it. My game loads for a few seconds and crashes. Weird thing is I switched over to my friends ps account and the game works fine on his. I looked to see if I had any penalties or anything and I dont so im really confused.

    Please see the following page for troubleshooting steps for that error code. Do note you should probably not initialise your console as that will wipe it clean back to factory default.

    Thanks for trying those steps. Can I ask you to make contact with an EA Help Advisor. I would like for them to take a look at your account and see if they can spot an issue with your account and hopefully resolve that. Your initial post here may suggest the issue you are seeing is account-related.
