Hey Legends,

Thanks once again for the reports and continued patience while we've been working to get this fixed up.

As part of the fix we've rolled back the servers to 9:55am PST on 4/2/2024. Please note that content or progress gained after this time has not currently been restored, but we're still looking into this.

Additionally, please note this fix did not address the ongoing missing ranked badges or missing Breakout Challenge progress issues. We're still looking into these situations so feel free to check the linked threads for further updates as we have them.

As this is not a Cross Progression specific issue, we'll provide more updates in the main thread below as they become available, thanks for the patience in the meantime.

Hey everyone,

At this point the reports we're seeing are related to unlinking an account which causes progress to be lost, not due to the situation back on April 2nd.

Keep in mind progress is stored on the EA account level, not on individual platforms like PlayStation, Xbox, Steam, etc. This means if you link your platform to a different EA account, you'll lose access to that progress.

You will need to re-link your platform to its original EA account to try restoring any missing progress. If you've already re-linked the original accounts and the progress has not returned, it would be lost permanently and unfortunately cannot be recovered.

I understand all that but both my accounts were linked to ea servers and I bought cosmetics with real life money, yall need to fix this my Xbox account is gone

I got it again today but my prestige skin didn't go thru or my battle pass and a couple skins I got the black society collection??

The title is pretty self explanatory. My game started bugging out after a match. And when I went back in. It asked me to merge accounts. One of which I had three heirlooms. And when I did. I lost all my characters, stats and heirlooms

I’ve just had my accounts merged on my PlayStation (although I’m not sure what it’s merged with. My level previous to the merge was 594, it’s now 405. I’ve lost my revenant heirloom, thousands of kills, damage and wins on stats. I’ve lost recent banner trackers and multiple cosmetics and ranked master badges. I’m not happy at all this needs to be sorted ASAP.

Lots of guys on a French Discord Apex server and I have the same problem, today when starting the game we see a crossProgression message and after everything I did on PC since I linked my account to my PS4 progression was deleted, all the challenges I did this season + all the skins obtained this season :/

Please help us to get saves

Everything is missing from my account I just got done playing apex ranked it said an hour was left of it I left for an hour to go eat and it pops up with a cross progression screen I close out apex and log back in and everything is gone the battle pass I payed for the skins level everything when I say everything I mean everything I spent months to get to the point I was at and I don’t want to restart I at least want a refund for everything I just spent on it and even that is gone. I just want my account back.

Same here, got rolled back liked 6 months. lost hundreds of $$$ skins and 3k games. Heirloom too. The support portal is totally down, cant even open a case.

MY ACCOUNT WAS JUST SET BACK 300 LEVELS AND I DON'T KNOW WHY, I TRIED TO LOG IN I GOT THE CROSS PROGRESSION PROMPT I DENIED IT AND IT SENT ME BACK 300 LEVELS. PLEASE HELP I HAVE GRINDED AND I DONT WANT THIS. I HAVE THE PROOF OF MY ACCOUNT JUST A COUPLE DAYS AGO AND WHEN I RECENTLY LOGGED IN.

I loaded into the game to find out the skins i bought with crafting metals that were legendary and a skin from last season bp are gone. and on top of that my s19 Diamond badge is now silver. this is just disappointing that every update triggers some dumb stuff to happen.
