Ask que Apex merging issue
Hello. I mergde my Xbox account to my pc account almost a year ago or when ever merging came out. When i linked my Xbox account to the pc account i played and i still play on a Xbox Series x so i just logged in again like usal on my Xbox and i see my account has been mergde. It picked my pc account because it had a higher level. When i go in i see that i get a notification from Apex with 2000 Apex coins. I dont remember what it said because i dident read it i pressed to fast and skipped it. I thought it would be a gift from Apex because it was the first week merging where out. I go in to equip my og thing i had on my Xbox because i where on the pc account. But it wasent there. No thing from the mergde where there. I lost every little thing. I dident even have 2000 Apex coins on the Xbox account.
Yes. Its been a year or something and i did spend all the Apex coins i got. I remember that i bought two battle passes on my Xbox account. Nothing of them where there..
I would really want my og skins and stuff back. Please help me

Have you unlinked any platform accounts from an EA Account?
Keep in mind progress is stored on the EA account level, not on individual platforms like PlayStation, Xbox, Steam, etc. If you've unlinked any platforms and are missing progress, the only way to try restoring that would be to re-link the original accounts.
We are unable to manually restore progress lost from an unlink, but if you run into any trouble getting the original accounts linked again, please contact support so they can take a look. Thanks!
