Hey @LokeScry,

Have you unlinked any platform accounts from an EA Account?

Keep in mind progress is stored on the EA account level, not on individual platforms like PlayStation, Xbox, Steam, etc. If you've unlinked any platforms and are missing progress, the only way to try restoring that would be to re-link the original accounts.

We are unable to manually restore progress lost from an unlink, but if you run into any trouble getting the original accounts linked again, please contact support so they can take a look. Thanks!

Hi @LokeScry,

You mentioned merging your Xbox account to your PC account. The only way to do this would be to unlink it from one EA account and link it to another EA account.

If you don't recall which account that was or no longer have access to it, please get in touch with support so they can check into it further with you.

  That's right. Your Xbox account would have already been linked to an EA Account the first time you launched Apex or another EA title.
  
  So, if you had linked it here when Cross Progression took place, it would have been moved away from the account where that progress was already located. Trying to find and re-link the original platform(s) back would be the best way to see if anything can be restored.

    @EA_Mako I cant remember or think of an ea account... Maybe my gmail but thats linked i guess to the account...
