Otherwise, you'll need to speak with an advisor again and try to answer those questions. They are used to verify account ownership. Once ownership is verified, they should be able to help.
So the problem is I can’t find “which question of verification “ is the incorrect one as they ask you all of then then just tell you you didn’t answer “one of them” incorrectly. By me asking for a phone call back like I asked for yesterday which I didn’t receive yesterday I was hoping to hack down which one is incorrect. Could you request a call back as I didn’t receive one as requested?
