Asked to reset password, did. Still doesn’t let me get back into the game? HELP!
I already reset password, verified on non Xbox device. Logged in and Verified with pass number. Tried to get back in to play on Xbox 1 and continue to get an error message saying the following.
“please reset your password “ your login credentials might have expired. Good news; all you need to do is reset your password at www.ea.com.if you need additional help, please visit help.ea.com”
I have deleted the game and reinstalled already.
Currently sitting on hold to live chat with a rep but not sure if this would be faster? Thanks for your help!
