Audio Sound Too Low In Game

Had issues before with sound, but now I can not manage to fix them... Using Steel Series Siberia 800 which are detected as Speakers, and I am having too low sounds in game. I tried using Steel series  software to see if it will fix the problem, but it did not.... they have some audio adjustments but with them the game sounds horribly, so I would like to have it like before, any ideas what is causing this problem ? I Updated Realtek Drivers to last version as well... Tried using  +miles_channels 2 in the launch options first it helped then it is to no avail after last patch. Since my headphones are wireless I tried connecting them with cable to the computer to see if this is causing the problem but no it is not, still low audio sound in game ... P.S. I had it few times since last few updates starting of the last season (13 I think)

  • Hey hey @go6ko0,

    Are you running any communication software in the background? (e.c Discord, Skype, Teamspeak, etc)

    @go6ko0

    Windows typically lowers sound of other applications if some form of communications program is running.

    Try following these steps to disable it:

    1. Right click the speaker icon in the bottom right of Windows
    2. Select Sounds
    3. Navigate to the Communications tab
    4. Set "When Windows detects communications activity" to "Do Nothing"

    (It's possible that it's already set to "Do nothing" though typically it's set to 80% lower as default)
