Back-end check failed

Once again, I'm trying to find a solution for this game.

I was already banned on another account, main account, 1 heirloom taken, 2 heirlooms still to take, countless skins.

I never cheated, I fight against any kind of customization (remember superglide macro? I was always giving **bleep** against anybody using that) and I loved the game since I was just a twitch spectator, I bought a pc to play apex.

Right now I'm in a big struggle, I'm 48 and mostly in the morning my hands tremble because of the adrenaline during the first 4-5 matches, then slowly it decreases. For this reason I think I receive sometimes report about jittering or worse cheating and I think the game kick me using this kind of error.

Sorry for the long and apparently out of topic introduction, but I still receive in game the error about Back-end check failed and considering I never installed any kind of cheat and I was already banned on another account I would like to resolve this issue definitively, because I am tired of being kicked during games (mostly mixtape mod, luckily).

Please suggest something that is different from Integrity check and rebooting, because yes, often they work, but that's so stupid to play in this way, interrupting every x minutes the flow because of that.

Another element that comes in my mind is that my connection network is: Provider-Modem-OrbiRouter-OrbiSatellite-cable. Is it possible that the Orbi staff does block some checks? In that case how can I identify those checks and add them in whitelist so they can work successfully?

Sorry again if it seems a bit confusing my search about a reason through very different things, but I am in a very big struggle trying to find a solution.

My main account is gone because the management of troubles and the legal terms are not customer oriented, it is impossible to receive real details about the ban and it looks like that except if you know someone who works inside EA that's impossible to get unbanned.
