Bad FPS and constant network issues

Just to get it out of the way, I have a Mid Range High End PC with a 4070 Super, my PC is more than capable of running Apex, I have my resolution at 1920x1440 and all graphical settings at either Low/Off or Medium and yet I get an unstable 110 FPS on a good day and on top of that, I have constant and I mean, constant stutters, lag spikes, packet loss spikes. My Internet is fine, it works no problem at all on literally every other game I own, Apex is the only game that acts like this and yet my friends on the same servers say they have 0 issues, does Apex hate me or does my WiFi hate Apex? I mean it when I say no other games lag like this or at all for that matter, is there a way to fix this?
