bad_module_info crash correlation to Windows security auditing events

Hi there - This probably doesn't mean anything since correlation does not equal causation yada yada blah blah, but I thought this was interesting and maybe a dev or someone would care to take a look....

If I read my events correctly I've got the same thing as @PotatoPotahtoh . One second before the bad_module_info I get the same Microsoft Security-Auditing Events 4672 followed by 4624. I would provide logs if someone could tell me how to do it. Hope this leads to something
