Bad optimization

hi,

am I the only one who has to put the game in low to have 60 constant fps?

I'm not on laptop and I activated the game well in the nvidia panel but nothing changes, however I should be able to run the game at 60 fps at high without problem the game does not have spectacular graphics like a BF1 or BFV that I run everything ultra without problem

So is it me or the game that's not optimized? And if so, do the Devs intend to optimize it?
