badges are gone

my double split predator badge lost? Reached the support and the support just saying they will contact the team? Anyone can fix the issue for me????

Since the event started, all if my badges disappeared and replaced by bronze.

Want to confirm that 90% of my ranked badges are lost as well from s4 to s18 .
