ban apex legends

Hi everyone, im confused decided to go to the rating today after training in kovak 2.0 and I see that my account is locked, although I have never cheated in this game and not thought about cheating, I myself despise them. in theory, they should have sent me a letter, but alas, it is not, I have already done it in help.ea case
Before that, I was not allowed into algs, allegedly I was put on a black list, I also sent them a letter on the 15th with a request to check my account and find out the reason, in the live chat an ea employee even submitted a petition.

can you see the usual statistics without fraud, I think you will think that you made a mistake with the ban.

its not use a few hundred people had the same issue we don't have any answer for almost 2 weeks - 1 month a lot of player has been hacked and banned since the released on steam Apex, you can search the topic who had 6 pages at this day, i want to say don't give up but i lost hope after more than 1 month.., as he said try to create a case if you can..

@wencrowssad it is easier after such a case, in principle, not to donate and just play algs gll and rating, account for sports that would not be a sad

How long did it take for the terms and services team to respond with an email, I am having the same issue I have never hacked before in my life I even play in agls but they didn't blacklist me, my account is fully stacked with 4 heirlooms and 214 legs I was pred for 3 seasons in a row. I got hacked once only I recovered my account after recovering my gmail, then contacted EA to recover my account, which they did in a matter of minutes then I decided to play a pub a game and was shocked that I was banned contacted them again and they told me they sent the TST a message regarding my case and they will investigate and reply to me, but from my research, it looks like the process will at least take a month that's why I am wondering how did your case go and how long it took.
