Ban because of sales?
I not so sure why I got banned but recently I receive a refund from Origin after I purchase 10,000 Apex coins. I didn't issue the refund at all and was happy that I made the purchase.
Today I received the call from my Bank asking if I did the purchase and I said yes. Can anyone tell me if this was the reason why apex banned because they think that I am abusing the refund system?
Please advice me on how to get my account clear because I have been playing since Season 1, I have constantly made purchases so I hope EA can help me somehow with this case.
You would have recieved an email about the ban, to the email linked with your account.
Unfortunatly the EA staff who work on AHQ cannot help you with account-related issues, such as bans.
