Account not permitted to play online

Hello, recently playing apex I have been constantly kicked during games to the point where it is unplayable. When i get kicked it sends me to the home page and when i try to re-enter it comes up with "Account not permitted to play online contact ea.com/unable to connect for additional information". I don't think i am banned as i can still get in after waiting a couple minutes i tried fixing it with changing my IP but so far nothing is working. Guys can you please help and if someone knows what's going on please let me know.
