Account Problem and Help from Customer Support
The situation is as follows ⏭️
1 - Due to failures in normal connection in the game, I had more than 12 trusted connections in my EA personal account. In connection with which I was blocked for suspicious activity
2 - After returning from vacation, I started to figure it out and they explained to me why the block was imposed and within an hour the block was removed. Now it is not in the personal account and the entrance to the game has become available!
3 - But I encountered a new problem, after 10 seconds in the lobby I am immediately thrown out with the error "account blocked". I wrote to tech support, they told me to wait 1-2 hours.
4 - As a result, I wait more than 5 days. And technical support, as if they don't know how to help me, constantly send links or say that it is not in their competence 🤷
5 - Хочу понять почему мне не разблокировали доступ в Apex legends , если EA сняли запрет на учетную запись после апелляции. И ещё хотел бы узнать как после обновления сайта помощи , можно открыть чат с поддержкой , чтоб в реально времени решать вопросы , а не два дня ждать ответа по email .
