Account Problem and Help from Customer Support
The situation is as follows ⏭️
1 - Due to failures in normal connection in the game, I had more than 12 trusted connections in my EA personal account. In connection with which I was blocked for suspicious activity
2 - After returning from vacation, I started to figure it out and they explained to me why the block was imposed and within an hour the block was removed. Now it is not in the personal account and the entrance to the game has become available!
3 - But I encountered a new problem, after 10 seconds in the lobby I am immediately thrown out with the error "account blocked". I wrote to tech support, they told me to wait 1-2 hours.
4 - As a result, I wait more than 5 days. And technical support, as if they don't know how to help me, constantly send links or say that it is not in their competence 🤷
5 - I want to understand why I was not unblocked in Apex Legends if EA lifted the ban on the account after the appeal. And I would also like to know how, after updating the help site, I can open a chat with support to solve issues in real time, and not wait two days for an answer by email.
