Ban

My apex account was randomly banned. I went to ea help to resolve this issue but when they responded back they said I was cheating which isn't true. I sent multiple emails regarding of the issue but the emails they sent back were all the same. I know Ea isn't looking into this or doing any further investigation about this. if someone can look into this more please.

Our Terms of Service team has the final say in these matters, so if they've completed their investigations and were unable to find any evidence to remove the ban, there is no way to reverse that decision, sorry.

You'll be unable to access anything on the banned account or move it to another account.

This is not something we're able to look into on the forums. Our Terms of Service team reviews all appeals and has the final say for any account actions.

If you've already appealed this multiple times and they've mentioned we won't be reviewing it again, I'm afraid we won't be able to change that via the forums.

Is there anyway to reverse this decision. what happend to the people who dealt with this, were their issue solve or they had to deal with it. I really don't want to make another account. what's going to happend to my skins and legends.

Hey pseudo community "manager" can you stop replying with automated responses you lazy bum!

I have, as hundreds of other players had to deal with your mediocracy.

Tell me how my account is banned, and in your own website under https://help.ea.com/en/my-ban-history/ it clearly shows and says:

No History
You currently have no Ban/Suspension History to display.

So please enlighten me, and proof that him and myself were cheating, show us the metadata that determined your absurd and idiotic decision?

On another note... there is no way to submit and objection... are you a dictator-ran company? Just cause you say it, it goes, and we the consumers whom MADE EA do not get a word on this?

That is a pathetic move...

Unban me or not, I do not care, you are not and will not be the only game on the market. Your lack of synapse is more than evident, quit, because YOU have no "COMMUNITY MANAGER" traits or qualities in you.

Apex, just like every other game, will be a thing of the past.

I will be exposing you on twitter, with the screenshots showing that I am supposedly banned, and how there is nothing on ban history or any where on that matter that shows it.

i also had this problem but in a different way someone had came into my account (a friend who i gave access to over the weekend) and had said a word that got my account banned and i submitted an appeal basically saying that it wasn’t me who had said that and i haven’t got a response back

Same here. Was literally gone for a whole week and came back to a ban that happened two days prior to me returning. The reason was cheating. No response from EA yet, but from what I have seen I am probably screwed for no reason. My account also shows no ban history.

I got banned mid-round a couple of days ago and they claim i was involved in cheating. I was solo queuing so maybe one of the players on my team was hacking? i had no idea if that was the case but i have now have no idea how i can prove that i wasn't cheating other than saying "No I wasn't". I'm a casual gamer that plays with friends and after work for an hour or so. K/D and stats are consistent throughout my time on the game so all of a sudden i'm cheating without any sort of explanation or evidence to show i was? It's honestly more sad than anything because if I can't get the account unbanned I don't want to play Apex anymore.
