bann

i dont know why but i am on my apex account banned on pc in oct 2023 but i didnt even have the game in 2023 and on ps5 i am not banned on the same acc i texted the support 4 days ago still no answer ...

Thanks for sharing the context. I'm so sorry, we can't help with bans through the forums, and our support team can't look into them either.

However, if you've followed the steps in this guide to appeal the ban, you've done the best thing. The appeal process will ensure it reaches the Terms of Service team, who'll investigate it and contact you afterward. I understand qShiaa. Only our Terms of Service team can look into bans, so if you feel there is no reason for a ban to be on your account, sending in an appeal makes sense. It'll prompt them to check it out for you. If they find the ban shouldn't be in place, they'll overturn it for you and let you know. They'll let you know if it's been correctly applied either.
