Logged in to apex after not playing since last season, see this email "WE WISH TO NOTIFY YOU THAT WE HAVE FOUND YOUR ACCOUNT TO BE IN VIOLATION OF OUR USER AGREEMENT OR OUR TERMS OF SALE, AND DUE TO THE NATURE OF THIS VIOLATION WE ARE LEFT WITH NO OPTION OTHER THAN TO PERMANENTLY CLOSE YOUR ACCOUNT WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT."
No explanation, nothing. Disputed , no response, no option to live chat.

That is not a reason thats like going to jail and asking why i;m here? and they give you a book of laws saying you broke one of them without saying what you did.
Give me actual reason
I've been having the same problem for 1 year. Even though I want to know why, I keep getting automated emails and seeing that my case has been closed. 4 cases in 1 year. And they all close with the same message. I'm starting to doubt the existence of a department called 'Terms of Service team'. Even if there is a department, it prefers to cover up the problem instead of focusing on problem solving.
