Banned account

I can't log into my account. When trying to sign in via Steam, it shows that my account has been locked, but when I log into my EA account, there's no ban record displayed. I also can't submit an appeal through EAHELP. I need help.

It sounds like you must have a second EA account with us after all somehow, and that that's the one that your Steam is linked to. If you need help finding it, I'd recommend reaching out to our live support team. They'll be able to help you find our EA account, and hopefully you can then raise a dispute and try to get the account unbanned.

I logged into my EA account using my phone number, but it shows no associated Steam account. I only have this one phone number, so it's impossible that I'm accessing the wrong EA account. However, if I try to log in via Steam on your provided interface, it says my access is restricted, yet I can't find any record of a ban.
More importantly, I have never used any cheats or exploited any bugs during top-ups. My usual login locations are only two: before 2023, it was Taiyuan, Shanxi, with occasional logins from Sanmenxia, Henan. After 2023, I frequently logged in from Tianjin. I played until late 2024 to early 2025 and then stopped logging in altogether. It wasn't until early 2026 that I returned to find myself inexplicably banned—I cannot accept this.

Hey shuanghecheng,

It sounds like your Steam might be linked to a different EA account than the one that you're checking. If you sign in here with your EA account details, do you see your Steam linked?
