Banned After Account Was Hacked ,Appeals Ignored Despite Proof
Hi EA Team and Community,
I’m reaching out here because I’ve exhausted all other support options and I truly need help.
My Apex Legends account was hacked, and after working with EA support, I recovered it successfully. However, just two days later (on April 1st, 2025), my account was banned for violating Terms of Service , a violation I did not commit.
I submitted multiple appeals explaining the situation and even provided proof of the account recovery. Unfortunately, all of my appeals were declined, with no clear explanation or proper review of the timeline.
It seems very likely that the hacker did something while they had control, and I’m now being punished for that. I never cheated, never exploited, and I’ve been a fair and loyal player for years.
I’m kindly asking for this case to be escalated or properly reviewed by someone in the Terms of Service team who can actually look at the context and timeline of events. I don’t want special treatment, just a fair look at what happened.
Any help or advice from the community or staff would be truly appreciated. I just want my account
