Banned due to hacker using cheats
I got an email that my primary email for Apex was changed and someone was already using my account. I contacted EA and they were able to let me change my password but for some reason, this hacker was still able to access my account.
On April 11 I received an email that my account was banned due to hacking even though I did not even play apex. Now I can't seem to reach any support from ea.help.com and nobody's responding to my email. Is there any other way I can get help to dispute this ban?
