Banned for “gameplay enhancement”

I was playing apex, like usual, and then i was banned for no reason. thinking this was a bug i restarted my game to see that unfortunately, it was not. I am unsure as to why i was banned, the only thing that comes to mind being using scroll wheel for movement, but this is very very common amongst pc players. i was streaming when the ban hit, with an input oberlay which would clearly display if i was using some form of macros. I am yet to receive a response from EA support. i have been playing apex for an extremely long time, and have just come back after a break. my twitch is: Titan__FPS for the clip. i was banned at the end of the most recent stream.
