Banned for No reason

This happened like a while back but I never did anything about it because all of my appeals got denied immediately after I sent them but after someone wrote a problem like it I thought that maybe i can talk about it here.

About a year ago I was playing apex with a friend and we were in the firing range. They went Afk in a spot for a little and I got bored, switched to rampart and started spam killing them. It was at a fast speed, the second they respawned the died to Ramparts ultimate and it had quick reload at the time so I never ran out of ammo. After doing it for like 5 or so minutes I got kicked to the title screen and they claimed that i was caught by the anti-cheat. I didn't think much of it and I thought it was a mistake and did it the next day too to pass time. Then after that I got kicked again and it was for the same reason but again, I didn't think much of it. It wasn't until the next day that it said my account was banned for hacking but I never hacked in apex.. ever. I had the account basically since the game came out, bought things on the account (about like 300-400$ worth of items) and got everything legitimately. I never exploited anything in the game. And the bug I found recently I already reported. and the thing is they didn't just ban my account, they HARDWARE banned me. I tried to make new accounts to just see if it was a normal ban but it wasn't. Every account I made 30 minutes later got banned. I had to switch to a new pc on a new account just to play again

After submitting several appeals on what happened they just denied it. And I lost an account that I spent so much time and money on and I just lost all my respect for EA right after that. They banned me for a mistake on their end and when I tried to tell them about it they just denied it.

I don't know if its too late to get my account back but I don't want someone to be banned for no reason like how I was banned. EA please fix small things in your anti-cheat, because if I get banned for getting bored and there's people on your game actually hacking and they don't get banned for days, or even weeks then you guys just have something wrong on your end.
