If you feel that an action was placed on your account incorrectly, please follow these steps to create an appeal so our Terms of Service team can take another look. They'll have the right tools and records to review this for you. I'd recommend including the video evidence and any other evidence supporting your innocence in that appeal.
Once that appeal is submitted, you can keep an eye its status on your case history page. The ToS team will reach out via email once that review is complete. If the status is Transferred or Waiting on Studio, then the appeal is still under review and has been passed along to the right team. Please avoid resuming the appeal(s) until you receive a response to prevent any additional delays. We appreciate your patience while they're taking a look!
