Banned for no reason?

Why did I get banned out of the blue for supposedly cheating? I didn't do any of those cheat software things or any exploits, (not on purpose) and while I wouldn't be that mad if I just started, I've been playing for around a year-ish now and I sunk about $40-ish bucks into the game.

    @89PoopNugs That could actually make your case easier to resolve. Go to Origin -> player data and download the JSON file. Mine initially didn't show the logins from before I changed my password and added 2FA  (after the ban,) but now it does for some reason. I believe them that I was not hacked.

    If you weren't hacked i.e. your EA data doesn't show someone from a different geo IP address accessing your account, then it is not straight forward to disprove. You are guilty until proven proven innocent because EAC is 100% accurate except for on May 12th when it was banning people.

    @B0n3SawMcSizzla I was hacked by some guy in China or at least the Asian area because I apparently won a bunch of games and they're all in Chinese.

    @nathanhcy No. In fact, they just closed my case and told me no further action will be taken for the 5th or 6th time. I mean its possible they edited my login IP address info, because I reported this to BBB (after two weeks and first dispute.) At first, I couldn't see my login info until after the ban. Now I can see one login at 3/31 and it jumps to about 4/24. The ban was 4/26. There was a failed login attempt from Hanoi on 5/5.

    @B0n3SawMcSizzla Same here. In my case I have found multiple IPs from US to China and even Hanoi although my local IP is in Malaysia. I was pretty sure I had a solid case based on suggestion of evidence attachment from those who got unbanned however I'm just among the unlucky ones. Hope we get the justice we deserved soon!
