Appeal: Ban

Hi I've been trying to appeal a ban from August 24, 2025. I tried sending a couple tickets right after the ban but every time I tried submitting an appeal, I kept receiving an alert stating that the "case was not created". I've attached a screenshot below. I was grinding to masters and took a break for a couple days and when I logged back in it just stated that I was banned. I inquired this issue to a couple of my friends and they told me to appeal and ask to check the ip address(?) of where my account was logged in (I've been playing from Korea) but I couldn't appeal at all which kind of made me gave up during the process. I also tried finding an email back then but I just couldn't find the proper email to address this issue to. I now realized that the apex forums existed and this is probably my last shot trying to recover my account. I really love this game because the movement is different than any other game, played since 2013 and I spent approximately 10k on skins/heirlooms. I've read some of the other posts and I know that the community managers here can't really help directly with the ban but I'd really appreciate it the admins here could direct me to the proper person or process so that my appeal/account can properly get looked into. The support system just doesn't seem to accept any of my appeals. Thank you.

richeddi Correct, bans cannot be handled on the forums as that can only be handled by the EA TOS Team.

If you are still having issues creating a case, you can try clearing the page's cache, using a different browser, or creating a case using the link below:

Note: I'm not an admin and I don't work for EA or for Respawn.

Is there a specific email address that I can refer to? I'm having issues where I'm creating a case directly through the bottom link, but the case I submitted doesn't pop up when I go to "my cases". Thanks for the help.

richeddi From what I understand, the only way to start a case is by contacting EA through EA Help.

    - EA Help | Contact EA

In addition to the above solutions, you can also try logging out of your EA Account when going to the second link.

What this would do is prompt you to sign into your EA Account or to continue as a guest, to which you would click on "continue as a guest":

Hey thanks for the reply. I tried that and got in contact with one of the customer support members. However, I'm not sure if it's a region problem or something (again I'm in Korea) but it seems every time i try to submit a reply through "resume case" in the "my cases" section, it just loads indefinitely... I left it on for about an hour and a half but it still doesn't seem to submit. Do you think this is a problem from the support's side? I've attached a screenshot that may help. Thank you.

richeddi It might be browser related as I'm in North America and when I use Opera GX, it loads indefinitely for me as well.

Try using one of the following browsers if you haven't already:

    • Microsoft Edge
    • Google Chrome
    • Mozilla Firefox
