Suspended in Apex for no reason... I will never spend another dime on EA products... telling me i can dispute my 7 day ban but it will take up to 30 days for you to respond to my ticket..... What a joke of a company EA has become. I heard all the noise about how much people hate EA and somehow I was still loyal. Never again. Banned me for no reason, yall might as well delete CHAT because i retaliated once when playing this game for years and spending lots of $ and i say one thing and get banned.... what a clown show

As @XHelperZ mentioned the 30-day period you're seeing is the longest you should have to wait before receiving a reply, and not the current wait time to hear back from the Terms of Service team. Currently that should be substantially faster so please do keep an eye on your email for a response.
With that said, as you mentioned receiving the ban after retaliating in chat, please keep in mind that we do not condone inappropriate chat at all, regardless of who "started it" first.
If someone's making inappropriate statements or remarks, please be sure to report them with the available tools so our team can investigate and take the appropriate actions, rather than responding with remarks that may lead to an action being taken on your account as well.
If you've created an appeal with these steps you should be hearing back from the team shortly, thanks for hanging in there in the meantime.
