Banned in apex for no reason

Hi, I got banned in apex on 2nd of February and I contacted support cuz why am I getting banned and they came back to me and didn't give me a reason for it but were like we've done all the investigation and we aren't going to overture our decision, I have the day I got banned caught on stream like bro I ain't done anything and OMFG the support for this game is soooo bad they ban you and then don't give a reason for the ban. I just want a real human from the support team to look into my account and please unban my stuff I've been playing since season 2 and have spent thousands of pounds on the game and countless hours on Xbox and PC. I deserve a fair review of my account not some AI auto BS come on this is what I get for being with the game for so long and spending money on a game I loved?
