Hey i haven played for probably 3 to 4 years but finaly came back to see nothing of what i ownd or bought was in me account. I had a lot of time in the game and non of the characters that i had unlocked where there including the time spent on the characters. Also whant to say i havent don the cross atform link in for the same reasone of me beeng scared of permanently loosing everything

If you haven't played in 3 - 4 years and returned to find all progress missing, it's very likely you're simply logging into the wrong account. Are there any other emails you could check for old EA accounts?
Progress is stored at the EA account level, not on individual platforms like Xbox, which you've tagged in your post here. If you played on Xbox in the past, it was absolutely on a different EA account as the one you're posting with now has never logged into Apex on any Xbox platform before this point.
You would need to try re-linking your Xbox account to whichever EA account was used in the past to see if that progress can be recovered. If you run into any trouble with that linking process, you can contact support directly so they can see what options may be available to help make sure the original accounts are linked, though please keep in mind they won't be able to manually restore content.
There is no other ea account i have on me xbox its the only ocount on the console and havent changed anything since i have the accout i even chect on a apex legend traker and it shows all the stats i had in the past even the level but non of it is in me account akutam1

It sounds like there's potentially some confusion here between an EA account and your Xbox account.
Your EA account is not on your console, that would just be your Xbox account. When you logged into Apex for the very first time with your Xbox account it would have had you enter your EA account information to link that Xbox to a particular EA account, but that wouldn't be a separate account on your Xbox.
Your progress is stored on the EA account, not your Xbox account. That means if you ever link your Xbox to a second EA account, your Xbox will now only have access to whatever progress is on that second EA account, even if it's the same Xbox profile you've always used.
The EA account you're posting with now has never launched Apex Legends on Xbox before now. When you played on Xbox 3 - 4 years ago, your Xbox account was linked to a different EA account at the time, which is where your progress would have been saved.
That can be the same Xbox account, absolutely, but it would have been a different EA account at the time. You'd need to try locating that older EA account using any other email addresses that may have been used in the past and re-link your Xbox account to that older one instead of the EA account you're posting with currently.
